The Resident Advisory Council helps Project Destiny gain new insights, solve problems or explore new opportunities for Northside neighborhoods by stimulating robust, high-quality conversations and program activities. In doing so, the Resident Advisory Council:

• Helps spearhead special projects to completion
• Serves as an advocate for the organization and community
• Provides technical expertise or advice on issues of importance to the organization — family services, advocacy, community resources, policy, etc.
• Offers community feedback as the “eyes and ears” extension of the organization
• Serves as an unbiased and independent sounding board

The goal is to improve Project Destiny programs while developing stronger families and ongoing resident leadership. The Resident Advisory Council is always looking to tap into the energy and expertise of people who are passionate and motivated to change the community.
